A careful, collaborative approach
Psychiatric care shaped around the individual
Symptoms can look different across childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and later life. Dr. Villa considers medical history, development, family context, sleep, medications, prior treatment, daily functioning, and personal goals before discussing a diagnosis or plan.
Visits are designed to give patients and families room to ask questions. Recommendations may include education, psychiatric medication management, supportive psychotherapy, coordination with another clinician, or referral when a different specialty or level of care is more appropriate.
In-office and telehealth care
Renova Health offers appointments in Miami and telehealth for eligible patients located in Florida. The appropriate visit format depends on age, clinical needs, safety, and applicable requirements.
Specialized treatment options
For eligible adults with depression, a separate evaluation may consider transcranial magnetic stimulation. TMS is not appropriate for every patient, and eligibility depends on treatment history and safety considerations.
