Self-Pay Visit Fees
For patients receiving care without using insurance. Fees are per appointment and listed in U.S. dollars.

Azkena Rios, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. All appointments with Azkena are provided under the clinical supervision of Dr. Brian Villa, MD.
Limited financial assistance may be available for self-pay patients experiencing financial hardship. Please contact our office before scheduling to discuss available options.
Patients who are uninsured or choosing self-pay have the right to receive a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Learn about your right to a Good Faith Estimate.
